Mc Dermott’s Bar and Restaurant is a fourth generation family run business.It is situated at the foot of the Bricklieve mountains in a village called Castlebaldwin along the N4 Sligo/Dublin Road. For most of the time it served the local community as a Public House and Grocery. However at the turn of the century it recognized a need for change, so in  November 2006 major renovations were undertaken. The interior of the restaurant is decorated with a traditional theme, natural stone walls, original timber beams sourced from the old Flour Mill in Ballisadare, oak flooring and natural slab stone floors. It is a restaurant full of charm and old world character with log stove fires to keep you warm in the winter months. Throughout the year you can enjoy our fine selection of beer, lagers, wines and spirits, soft drinks & beverages not to mention a good olde Pint of Guinness from the bar.
